Found inline power controller write failure

ERROR on my switch 3750, here the message on booting:

I use 3750 for 16 PCs and 12 IP Phone 7960G. PC client still work but I can’t use or activate PoE on my IP Phone anymore. I try to give command = “power inline consumption <miliwatts range 4000 – 15400>” but still failed.

does anyone know whats the problem??
